when i was still in the crazy cult, a couple of us began playing badminton for kicks. there was the (ex)terminator danica, the ever unreliable alta, myself, and a couple other girls.

when PI caught wind of the badminton gigs, she got all nostalgic about the past, when crazy cultists used the center as their badminton court. so, she and her clique invaded the badminton games, perhaps to relive the past, but moreso because nobody bothered to invite her. (didn't you know we were all trying to get away from you? DUH!)

during one of these games, PI had a self-righteous seizure. she lost all appetite for the game, and proceeded to throw one of her famous passive-aggressive tantrums (read: sitting on a bench and scowling, much like the spoiled brat that she is). you know why? because some rumor-monger told her that her former "best friend", who had left the cult, had tried to set-up another former cultist for a blind date.

er, PI, you control freak you... that's none of your business, you know. hmmm. come to think of it, i think PI got pissed because she wanted to go on the blind date herself.

anyhoo... fast forward to two years later... PI and cousins, with the rest of her clique, arrange themselves in front of a nice young man, in a nice resto. everyone was doing their best to outshine the "sister" next to them, much like in those ancient whorehouses where the guy chooses the girl from a line-up. each girl was introduced to the nice young man. i can imagine all of them smiling and blinking at him in unison, with nermal-like eyes. (by the way, have you seen PI's cousin pose for photographs? it's scary i tell you. she looks like joker tripping on marijuana and crack at the same time.)

guess what happened.

the nice young man left the "group date" disgusted. PARA DAW MGA BILASANG ISDA SA TALIPAPA NA BINEBENTA NG PALUGI KASI MABUBULOK NA.

so there. little miss judgmental sticks both feet in her mouth, and consequently, tickles my funny bone.
